SOFTSWISS’ Values Fest Among Top Corporate Events of 2024
SOFTSWISS’ Values Fest won bronze in the Corporate Event category at the Global Eventex Awards, standing out among competitors like Lufthansa, Unilever, and Vodafone. The awards honor exceptional event achievements, with winners selected from over 1,200 entries across 62 countries.
Held in Turkey in autumn 2023, Values Fest united over 1,200 employees from 26 countries. The three-day event featured more than 50 activities, including team-building, public speaking training, and sports competitions, all aimed at reinforcing SOFTSWISS’ core values: ‘We see people’, ‘We care’, ‘We embrace changes’, ‘We push for customer success’, and ‘We excel’.
A highlight was the corporate expert conference, where employees shared knowledge and experience on a big stage. Maksim Hrachou, HR Events Team Lead, noted the award recognizes SOFTSWISS’ dedication to its values and efforts in creating a cohesive work environment.
In 2024,
SOFTSWISS also received the Great Place to Work® certificate in Poland and the
Responsible Gaming Award, among other accolades.
