Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Employer Branding; experience in iGaming is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of EVP development.
  • Ability to build brand narratives and messaging frameworks.
  • Strong eye for design and ability to maintain brand guidelines.
  • Project management skills, including event logistics and merchandise sourcing.
  • Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execute employer branding strategy aligned with company values and business goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer value proposition (EVP).
  • Manage employer brand presence across digital channels (LinkedIn, careers page, social media, etc.).
  • Create and execute a content strategy (stories, campaigns, employee feedback, videos, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to improve the candidate journey and attract top talent.
  • Organize and support employer branding campaigns and events (online and offline): conferences, career events, partnerships, etc.
  • Conceptualize, source, and manage the production of high-quality company merchandise and welcome kits for new hires.
  • Monitor employer brand metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis on employer branding trends.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging.
