Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Employer Branding; experience in iGaming is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of EVP development.
- Ability to build brand narratives and messaging frameworks.
- Strong eye for design and ability to maintain brand guidelines.
- Project management skills, including event logistics and merchandise sourcing.
- Advanced level of English.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execute employer branding strategy aligned with company values and business goals.
- Build and maintain a strong employer value proposition (EVP).
- Manage employer brand presence across digital channels (LinkedIn, careers page, social media, etc.).
- Create and execute a content strategy (stories, campaigns, employee feedback, videos, etc.).
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to improve the candidate journey and attract top talent.
- Organize and support employer branding campaigns and events (online and offline): conferences, career events, partnerships, etc.
- Conceptualize, source, and manage the production of high-quality company merchandise and welcome kits for new hires.
- Monitor employer brand metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis on employer branding trends.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging.
