• 2+ years of experience as an SMM Designer / Graphic Designer
• Understanding of platform specifics: Instagram, TikTok, Telegram
• Ability to create creatives that capture attention from the very first second
• Experience with CapCut / After Effects (basic motion design)
• Experience with AI tools for design
• Ability to work quickly and under tight deadlines
• Basic understanding of copywriting (hooks, CTA)
• Availability of a portfolio
• Willingness to complete a test task

Will be a plus:

• Experience in performance marketing or iGaming
• Understanding of A/B testing

• Creating creatives for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram)
• Generating multiple concepts for a single task (aggressive, meme-based, minimalist)
• Adapting visuals for different formats and platforms
• Developing performance-focused creatives (CTR, engagement)
• Participating in ideation and exploring non-standard creative approaches
• Collaborating with the marketing team to achieve business results
