As a Group Reporting Accountant, you will form part of a dynamic finance team overseeing financial reporting across multiple subsidiaries and reporting directly to the Group Reporting Manager. In this role, you will contribute to group reporting processes, support monthly and quarterly deliverables, and assist in the preparation of consolidated reports that guide strategic decision-making.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting. Additional experience in auditing or other finance-related roles will be considered an asset.
- Qualified Accountant.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team and eagerness to learn and develop.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across different subsidiaries within the Group.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the setup of financial reporting for new subsidiaries in accordance with Group Accounting Policies, Templates and the Group Chart of Accounts, and deliver guidance and training to ensure full alignment with group reporting requirements.
- Review monthly and quarterly group reporting packs received from foreign subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS standards.
- Assist in compiling group reporting packs for certain entities, including template roll-forwards and manual IFRS adjustments.
- Investigate and document monthly and quarterly variances and liaising with subsidiaries accordingly.
- Collaborate and work closely with the Technical Accountant to process necessary adjustments for IFRS compliance, including transitions from local GAAP to IFRS for subsidiaries.
- Provide support for the consolidation process as needed.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries to prepare annual financial reports and contribute to drafting financial statements.
- Assist with annual external audits, both for certain subsidiaries and at Group level.
- Contribute to updating and documenting group reporting policies and processes.
- Perform any other duties and ad hoc tasks as required.
