You will ensure that the software delivered is of the highest quality, leading by example and promoting the use of continuous and automated testing. You will share your knowledge and experience with the testing team.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing and at least 2 in a leading role
  • Experience in testing of different types of applications
  • Proficient in Jira and other industry-recognized test management tools
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices
  • Professional experience with testing tools and frameworks
  • Demonstrable understanding and experience of full SDLC
  • Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Online gaming knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders within an agile development environment.
  • Regularly evaluate and improve QA practices across products.
  • Set out test strategies and standards. Lead the process of maintaining proper testing documentation.
  • Guide and support QA team members across the group, fostering their professional growth.
  • Determine and maintain a list of supported devices, operating systems, and minimum browser versions.
  • Triage, Analysis and Prioritisation of the support bug backlog ensuring high quality and smooth delivery.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
