Requirements
- High professional competence with digital marketing channels and platforms, along with a track record of leveraging these channels effectively to drive results
- Proven experience in successfully planning, leading, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns on a global scale
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough market research and interpret data
- Strong project management skills to oversee campaign timelines, goals, and budgets
- Experience in managing or coordinating cross-regional teams and stakeholders is considered a strong advantage
- Ability to balance global brand consistency with local market needs and insights
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Extensive experience in a similar role within the gaming industry is considered a plus
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Responsibilities
- Work with the Manager, Marketing Operations for the development and implementation of marketing communication strategies tailored to our company’s products’ objectives, and cost considerations across various channels - digital, out-of-home, TV, PR, and BTL activities
- Navigate through digital marketing platforms and models (PPC, performance marketing, SEO, social media)
- Conduct marketing research, analyze market opportunities and players’ behavior at local and international levels
- Negotiate co-branded campaigns with our partners and media groups to enhance brand presence and market penetration
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, Legal and Compliance Teams to drive further boost of our portfolio on strategic markets
- Create internal briefs for Graphic, Web and Motion design teams to kick off the preparation of campaigns’ visual content
- Monitor, track, and analyze campaigns’ performance to be in line with initial scope
- Supervise and support the execution of marketing campaigns led by regional marketing managers across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with global standards while allowing for local market adaptation
- Act as a central point of contact between HQ and regional teams, facilitating clear communication and knowledge sharing
- Ensure that all regional teams are well-informed and aligned with the global marketing strategy, and monitor its implementation on a quarterly basis
- Distribute and oversee the localization and execution of global creative campaigns developed at HQ across all regions
- Lead regular sync meetings with regional marketing teams to review campaign plans, performance, and upcoming initiatives
