We are looking for a creative, organised and driven Marketing Specialist to join the ICONIC21 marketing team. This is a hands-on role that spans the full marketing mix — from content and social media to sponsorships, affiliate marketing and employer branding. Requirements

  • A solid understanding of marketing as a discipline - content, SEO, advertising, events and everything in between.
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn; experience with paid advertising is a plus.
  • High level of creativity - this is not a nice-to-have, it is at the heart of the job.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint - you'll be creating decks, presentations and materials regularly.
  • Near-native English, both written and spoken - clear, confident communication is essential in this role.
  • Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-moving, fully remote and internationally distributed team.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the delivery of media sponsorships: tracking timelines, maintaining the sponsorship calendar and ensuring all agreed deliverables are met on time.
  • Building and managing content calendars for editorial, articles and interview concepts, aligned with the product release roadmap.
  • Creating and maintaining social media calendars across all relevant platforms (LinkedIn for B2B audiences and Instagram, Facebook and others for B2B2C).
  • Participating actively in brainstorming sessions to develop campaign concepts around upcoming product releases.
  • Tracking and updating the marketing Jira board to ensure all tasks are moving forward and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborating with our affiliate marketing agency to keep the affiliate database current, while also building direct relationships with affiliates to grow ICONIC21's presence in the space.
  • Supporting broader marketing activities including SEO, website and client area updates, and keeping all marketing materials current and on-brand.
  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives.
  • Rolling up your sleeves and getting involved wherever the team needs you; this is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys wearing many hats, and collaborating with agencies to support execution.
