Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
  • Experience managing the full procurement cycle (sourcing, negotiation, contracting, delivery).
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, P2P cycle, and contract management.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and tools such as Jira.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data (Excel or similar tools).
  • Basic knowledge of international trade (Incoterms, documentation) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process across multiple categories.
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers.
  • Conduct tenders (RFQ/RFP) and negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations).
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
  • Support import/export and documentation processes when needed.
  • Analyze spend and identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare procurement reports and track KPIs.
