Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
- Experience managing the full procurement cycle (sourcing, negotiation, contracting, delivery).
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, P2P cycle, and contract management.
- Experience working with ERP systems and tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data (Excel or similar tools).
- Basic knowledge of international trade (Incoterms, documentation) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+).
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process across multiple categories.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers.
- Conduct tenders (RFQ/RFP) and negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations).
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- Support import/export and documentation processes when needed.
- Analyze spend and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Prepare procurement reports and track KPIs.
