Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Google Docs is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide clear feedback and foster collaboration.
• Independence and performing well under pressure are key.
• Experience in the iGaming industry for 1 year or more.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Game Presenters to ensure adherence to company procedures, rules, and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
• Identify issues or inconsistencies in the Presenters' work and guide them in addressing and overcoming challenges.
• Ensure Game Presenters maintain a polished and professional appearance in line with company standards.
