• Proven track record in effectively managing and nurturing high-performing software engineering teams
• Extensive experience in a similar role within the IT industry
• Exceptional people management skills encompassing communication, teamwork, and leadership
• Ability to coach and motivate team members for their ongoing career growth
• Demonstrated success in leading projects within a fast-paced, growing organizational environment
• Strong cross-functional organizational skills
• Understanding of business needs with robust analytical abilities
• Track record of establishing productive relationships with stakeholders
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science is considered an advantage
• Fluent in verbal and written English

• Lead and manage engineering teams to efficiently meet product development goals
• Optimize the Software Development Life Cycle and meet milestones in a timely manner
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders for transparent collaboration
• Collaborate with Product partners to align tasks with company objectives
• Lead technology discussions, address dependencies, and ensure stable collaboration
• Proactively communicate risks, fostering a collaborative problem-solving environment
• Drive tool and process standardization initiatives to establish consistency, streamline workflows, enhance communication, and ensure efficient collaboration
• Contribute to process enhancements for improved quality and performance
