Customer Success Engineer-Hybrid
OpenBetWorking as part of a global team, the Client Integrations Specialist will play a key role in the centralised integrations communication process for internal and external partners. You will be responsible for delivering professional, accurate, and timely service including managing client expectations and progression, triaging and resolving issues in the integration process and contact handling for business-to-business (B2B) customers.
You are a fantastic communicator, possessing technical skills, with solid industry knowledge which enables them to assist customers in bringing SportCast's suite of products to their users quickly and efficiently. You will also need to be a flexible team player and available to communicate with clients that are based all around the world.
Location: Our Athens office is in Marousi. Presence at the office is required 2 days a week

Requirements
- Previous experience managing clients, integrations or projects with a technical focus.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on providing superior customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - can interact with customers and internal departments to gather information and translate technical concepts.
- Strong time-management skills that enable performance and delivery of results while working in a high-volume work environment.
- A proactive, flexible team player who is willing to do ad-hoc tasks, quickly shift work priorities, and take on additional tasks as needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and stakeholders to deliver timely results.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn all aspects of the iGaming business.
Nice to Haves
- Previous experience in the Online Gaming industry.
- Previous experience managing technical integrations projects
- Knowledge and experience of working with any of the following: Postman, SQL, JSON, C#, Azure, AWS, Jira, Confluence.
- Technical certification(s) is an advantage.
- A passion for sport is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Client Integration Management, through Slack and e-mail channels.
- Provide timely response to all integration queries and testing requests.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues related to testing/integration environments.
- Categorise and prioritise issues for escalation to appropriate technical teams.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance and updating, and sharing of all integration documentation pertaining to all SportCast products.
- Proactively remain current with internal Standard Operating Procedures.
- Acquire expert product knowledge in BetBuilder products, business partners, company structure, organisation and industry.
- Seek out and recommend automation as a means to reduce manual workload.
- Other ad-hoc requests as assigned
