WHAT YOU KNOW
Animation Fundamentals
You understand timing, spacing, easing, and basic principles of motion.
Tool Proficiency
You’re competent in Spine, After Effects, DragonBones, or equivalent tools.
Asset Readiness
You know how to prepare rigs, loops, and transitions for game integration.
Process Discipline
You follow structured workflows, naming conventions, and export requirements.
Basic Optimization
You can assess simple performance metrics and adjust animations for efficiency.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with VFX, Spine, programming (JavaScript).
- Experience in gaming and the iGaming industry.
- Familiarity with Unity/Blender integration and runtime animation constraints.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Execute Production Animations
Create polished 2D animations (loops, transitions, rigs) that meet visual and technical standards.
Follow & Improve Workflows
Work within structured processes, keep files clean, and help refine naming/export conventions.
Test AI-Assisted Methods
Run predefined experiments comparing manual and AI-assisted animation approaches and document results.
Prepare Assets for Integration
Format and package animations for smooth import and playback in the game pipeline.
Support QA & Optimization
Verify performance (frame rate, load) and help troubleshoot playback issues with developers and QA.
Maintain Documentation
Keep the animation library, test logs, and process docs updated and easy to follow.
