We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pit Boss to join our growing team in Yerevan. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our live casino games by managing and supporting dealers, shufflers, and gaming processes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably as Pit Boss or Shift Supervisor)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a positive, non-confrontational attitude
• B2 level English (oral and written communication)

Dress Code:

• Classic black suit with white t-shirt

Work Schedule:

• Day 1: 08:00 - 20:00
• Day 2: 20:00 - 08:00
• Day 3 and 4 - OFF

• Supervise the gaming floor and ensure games are run according to company standards.
• Support and coordinate with shift managers for smooth operations.
• Monitor dealer and shuffler performance, providing feedback and guidance when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company rules, regulations, and safety measures.
• Participate in training and mentoring new team members.
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
