• 3+ years of experience in a QA role,
• Proven experience in frontend testing for both web and mobile applications,
• Experience in backend testing (REST API, WS) using tools such as Swagger or Postman,
• Hands-on experience in accessibility and performance testing,
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence,
• Language skills: Fluent Polish and English (at least B2 level).

• Ensuring high quality across web and mobile projects,
• Creating and implementing company-wide QA standards,
• Participating in the full product lifecycle,
• Working within the Scrum framework,
• Supporting continuous improvement by identifying and implementing modern solutions to enhance workflow and work quality.
