Senior Back-End Developer – Live Casino / RGS

We are looking for an experienced Senior Back-End Developer to join the Development Department in the Live Casino division, based in Yerevan, Armenia. This is a key technical role for a professional who will become part of the core development team responsible for building and maintaining the backend systems that power our Live Casino and RGS platforms.

You will work closely with the Solution Architect and other developers to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure backend solutions for Live Casino products, including Game Shows, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette and other live games.

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and/or Node.js (TypeScript experience is a plus).
• Proven experience in building large-scale or real-time systems (preferably iGaming, Live Casino, or streaming platforms).
• Solid understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB).
• Understanding of multithreading, asynchronous processing, and data consistency.
• Knowledge of integration with game engines, calculation services, and payment systems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Fluent in English (working level). Armenian or Russian is a strong advantage.

• Develop and maintain backend services for Live Casino and RGS platforms.
• Implement core functionalities such as game sessions, betting logic, payouts, and player account management.
• Design, develop, and optimize RESTful and WebSocket APIs for integrations with internal and external systems.
• Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with frontend, full-stack, and DevOps engineers to ensure smooth delivery and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Support the design and evolution of system architecture in cooperation with the Solution Architect.
